  • HDL90

    HDL90 is a high-purity Universal Synthetic formula offering superior flow characteristics and friction reduction technology for gear, gasoline, and diesel engine oils. HDL90 is intended to be blended with all conventional engine and gear oils to improve the protection of metal parts operating in harsh environments. It also enhances the oil’s ability to neutralize contaminants and acidic byproducts, improve shear stability and oxidation resistance, and improve wear protection through proprietary lubrication and additive technology. It forms a tough boundary lubricant film, resulting in lower energy, fuel consumption, wear, and operating temperature. HDL90 offers improved protection during startup and in cold weather applications.

    It is strongly advised for use in equipment equipped with DPF (diesel particulate filter) systems. Also suitable for two-stroke, natural gas, and propane engines. HDL90 is ideal for high-mileage vehicles because it improves seals and cleans them. It has no solid particles or heavy metals and meets manufacturer specifications for low-ash (SAPS) oil content. The additive package depletes the life of a fluid, and it can potentially extend fluid life and slow oil degradation. Friction reduction limits the effects of oil oxidation in boundary or mixed lubrication regimes. HDL90 can also treat oil that has lost critical chemistry over its service life and reduce the Total Acid Number (TAN). Oil testing and analysis are recommended when extending the service life of the oil.

    Gas Engine

    HDL is best for extending the useful life of your equipment and is an excellent multi-functional oil additive. It is most compatible with gasoline engine oils meeting API SM/SN and ILSAC GF-5 standards, and a balanced Group II hydrocracked engine oil formulation was created.

    Diesel Engine

    HDL is made to enhance maintenance procedures and the performance of internal combustion engines. Designed to blend with engine oils, it protects equipment under severe conditions and extends the life of your machinery. HDL increases service life by improving the following:

    HDL is compatible with mineral-based Group II + III) and synthetic-based polyalphaolefin and diester (Group IV) engine oils bearing API service categories CJ-4, SM, SN, and ILSAC GF-5 specifications. HDL contains no solid particles or heavy metals and is compatible with manufacturer specifications requiring low-ash (SAPS) oil content. HDL: Use API CJ-4 diesel oils or high mileage oils with API SM/SN. They are intended for internal combustion engines and compatible with API service categories before SM / CJ-4.

    Gear

    HDL is designed for long-term wear protection in cold conditions. Extreme pressure gear oils (API GL-3, GL-4, GL-5, SAE J2360) contain specific additive formulas that protect against long-term wear.

    HDL is a commercial additive package designed to blend with these oils to complement and enhance equipment protection under challenging performance requirements (Hotbox situations) where the oil alone proves inadequate.​ Conventional EP additives generally require elevated temperatures to initiate their film strength. The enhanced high-strength protective film becomes much less temperature dependent when using HDL, providing better protection on start-up and cold-weather applications.

    Mineral-based (Group II + III) and synthetic-based (Group IV) polyalphaolefin and diester gear oils are compatible with HDL. Phosphate esters, polyglycol fluids, and water-based fluids are not suggested for use with HDL. Use with API GL-3, GL-4, and GL5 gear oils, SAE J2360, and the recommended concentration for most applications is 5% HDL to oil volume ratio. Oil monitoring is strongly advised when using amounts more than 5%.

    HYDRASUM

    HydraSUM is primarily focused on anti-wear and is created to address the requirements of hydraulic systems specifically. Hydraulic oils contain specific additive formulas designed to meet the particular needs of hydraulic systems and typically focus on anti-wear (AW), rust and oxidation (RO), or multi-viscosity (MV) formulas.

    HydraSUM is a balanced formula designed to blend with these oils to complement and enhance equipment protection under challenging performance requirements such as Stick Slip, jerkiness, pounding, slipping, squealing and whines. Power transfer may still occur when using oil that has surpassed useful service life, and when this happens, many of the critical performance aspects of the oil are no longer functioning.     HydraSUM also uses seal conditioning agents, reducing the long-term effects of heat exposure to elastomer seals and hydraulic hoses. HydraSUM is compatible with mineral-based (Group II + III), synthetic-based polyalphaolefin, and diester (Group IV) hydraulic oils. HydraSUM is not recommended for use with water-based fluids, phosphate esters, or polyglycol fluids.

    HydraSUM: Use with hydraulic oils. A 5% HydraSUM to oil volume ratio is the recommended concentration for most applications, and higher concentrations may be needed for extremely cold applications to obtain desired results.

    ThixoSUM Synthetic is specifically engineered to provide outstanding results in extreme conditions, high and low speed operation, centralized lube systems, efficiency under extreme loads and pressures, sheer stability, exhibits temperature range of -40°C to >250°C (dependent on application requirements).

    InfinityPEN

    The Heavy Duty Penetrator with Rust Breaker formula is designed to rapidly cut through rust and corrosion, seized parts or tools and loosen off stuck, jammed, or quandaried material.

    Ideal for tough conditions including wet and cold. Loosens rust from metal surfaces and frees stuck of frozen parts Spray liberally on metal surfaces and allow standing time to ensure adequate penetration. Contains 10% Boundary Lubricant to facilitate ease of movement even with metal-to-metal contact.

    PWR4 Diesel AG

    An all-season multi-functional diesel fuel treatment that’s boosts the cetane number of fuel, prevents winter

    gelling, cleans entire fuel system, stabilizers fuel and reduces lter plugging and regeneration intervals.

    PWR4Diesel AG is designed to ultimately reduce fuel consumption, component repairs, downtime and will save

    dollars. Designed to protect all critical fuel system components and turns regular USLD and Bio-diesel blends

    into premium fuels that exceed TOP TIER™ standards.

    PWR4 Diesel AG meets or surpasses all the regulatory criteria set forth by OEM’s and legislative groups.

    PWR4 Diesel AG provides performance enhancements to diesel fuel to help meet the demanding needs of specific applications that require additional additives as recommended by the OEM. Fuel economy improvements are achieved through the use of cetane improvers and maintaining the cleanliness of fuel system with detergents and synthetic lubricity agents which keeps engines running at peak performance.

    Base fuel quality does not always meet OEM fuel requirements. Consult OEM fuel specifications for recommendations about when equipment requires the use of PWR4 Diesel AG. EPA – 40CFR 79 Registered: To be continuously or batch blended into diesel fuel as a concentrate or as a stock solution. In bulk storage tanks, mix enough PWR4 Diesel AG to treat the entire fill amount. We recommend the ‘PERFORMANCE’ dosage (as per below) for the initial ‘FIRST’ tank Clean Up. Then treat regularly with the ‘MAINTENANCE’ dosage. PERFORMANCE rate is 800 ppm 1 Litre(L) treats 1250 Litres of fuel 30ml treats 40L MAINTENANCE rate is 475 ppm 1 Litre(L) treats 2100 Litres of fuel 30ml treats 63L.

    PWR4 Gas, the all-season fuel treatment.

    A complete fuel system cleanup for gasoline engines, restoring lost engine power and improving fuel economy over one full tank of fuel. Gasoline is required to be blended with deposit control additives by the various fuel suppliers. In many cases these suppliers use these additives as tools for competitive advantage, with varied levels of effectiveness. To ensure adequate fuel system maintenance regardless of fuel sources, most OEM’s recommend periodic cleaning using Polyetheramine (PEA) detergents such as those found in PowerSUM PWR4 Gas. PWR4 Gas also contains rust and corrosion inhibitors and synthetic lubricity agents to keep the fuel delivery system operating at optimal performance. PWR4 Gas reduces deposits in the port fuel injector, cleaning combustion chambers by a minimum of 10% (more based on engine model) and cleaning valve deposits by a minimum 55% (more based on engine model). Recommended for use on all fuel systems requiring gasoline, including small engines and motorcycles. PWR4 Gas is a cleaning solution and should be used at a regular service interval. Will not fix mechanically damaged injectors. Not intended for use as an octane booster.
